Dear BRBU - Surf314 - 04-11-2009
Hey everyone,
As I'm sure you now know I have been asked to fill the roll of community manager. Scotty had previously added this role on top of his long stack of things he did for us but now that he is busy and our community has grown I have been asked to fill this unique role. I was very honored to be asked and hope to do right by everyone. My first priority is to the community and retaining the attitude and camaraderie that has made us into what we are today: a community centered around having fun playing games together. So if anyone has any problems or concerns please come to me first and I will talk the steps necessary to solve them. Thanks for being such a great group.

Basically I'm in charge of solving problems. If there is a flame war I stop it. If there are things that need to be addressed I help address them. If an admin is having a problem with someone I talk to them. If people are attacking each other I stop them.
When that's not going on I'm just here to help, whether it's organizing things, plan events, contests, etc. But my main job is to keep things running smoothly so we can have our games, contests and event nights without any problems.
