[/quote]When you work, your productivity is added to that fraction until it reaches 1/1, or 7/7, or whatever. Every time you do that, you produce an item. More productivity=more products.

I would assume that'd be an AFFIRMATIVE. If he's not working and not making any money he's not really considered an employee and therefore taking a worker slot that COULD BE making us money.

K we are actually making money! I think. Anyways we need to keep employees at 10 even if one is dead weight. So that is why I wasn't dumping him. Plus it seems better to take people in at the bottom and raise them right then grabbing people at the top I've found recently.

Nope worse. If anyone with access to the org isn't having major lag they can see about it. Also I promised someone I'd look into giving him a raise today, there is a message in the inbox about it. If you want to do it I think he was asking for $12. Just find what his average productivity is and divide that by what's needed per unit of stock and then multiply that by the market price and find out if it is more than $12. Or use erepublik.ws

Also, I've worked it out so that if we can get a skill 2 guy to work at 90Q at least, we can pay everyone at skill 2 $3 and still make more than we are now (getting rid of blood1harvest).

Fight and Heal for the cheap wellness and you will jump to like level 9 in a couple of days.
Also everyone that can send gifts to Crow, he is at 29 Wellness. I'm going to see what the maximum quality food I can buy and send him is.
