Does it actually do that or is it just when you kill them? It's hard to tell from the description what this actually does. It sounds potentially ridiculously overpowered (1 second charge time?) but if it's an actual projectile instead of a raycast and you can dodge it, that might work out maybe? I'm hoping it does less damage fully charged too then, coz' if you can run around 1 shot bodyshotting people on a 1 second charge...

Also of note, since Valve has begun pimping this, and based on previous updates, it's likely this will be out within the month then, yes? Just interesting because Valve said they would be rolling the hats and other shenanigans into the Sniper update or something didn't they? So I guess there could be a lot of shit happening soon?
