I do wish I were closer to the VA/NC border than I am. I'm not. But if anybody happens to live in Atlanta or Charlotte or Knoxville its feasible.

We need one of those google maps-powered world maps into which we can stick pins for location. I remember having one for my old guild but I can't find the site now.

i know, i was trying to make a joke
i could google for it later

i'm pretty sure someone would have to learn to work with the maps API. i dont really feel like learning right now.

Ohio

This place sucks.  It's basically flat farmlands with boring beehive suburbia's, and the closest thing we have to a hill is like a .01% grade slope.

Also no one lives here but old people who can't drive the FUCKING SPEED LIMIT  >Sad

If you can't tell I don't get out much other than to walk the dog and avoid all the old people who live near me

South of Dayton (aka southern Ohio). All the marginally interesting stuff in Ohio is up north (what little of it there is).  They even have a ferret festival near Columbus I hear! :O

QFT. Driving through Ohio on the freeway is one of the most soul-crushing experiences on the planet. The only thing that's worse is driving through Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois on the freeway.

I live in Michigan just across the border from Toledo. Toledo kinda sucks. Just in case anyone wasn't aware of that. I mean, it's worse than Detroit. At least Detroit has a certain sort of quasi-post-apocalyptic charm.
