No, that looks exactly like the one I got from CIF at Benning. I think gerber has just been tinkering with it a bit for their non-government sales. They even have a freaking pick now, which is completely freaking redundant.Â
But yes, they have changed the case, there is a MOLLE e-tool pouch now, but you can still find the old style.Â

it's a brain side dominance thing. It actually appears to be rotating both ways. I saw this about a year ago, it took some work but I got to the point where I could cover up one eye, look away and look back to change direction.Â
