So, now that I've got windows 7 pro up and running, (vista home premium 32bit > 7 pro 64bit upgrade went stupidly smooth btw, I shouldn't have even bought the thumbdrive to back my shit up with) I'm looking for new virtual drive software I had been using alchohol 120% but I'm wondering what you guys use, how do you like it?

daemon tools lite (the "lite" is important, otherwise you get bothered to buy, really simple to use, only mounts 4 discs at a time iirc) and WinCDEmu (unlimited number of virtual drives, very minimal, though mounting is not persistent through reboots) are both good

So my metabolism has officially slowed down and I'm going on a diet. Being skinny all my life this relatively small amount of flab I've put on recently feels mega awkward. I hate getting old.

After joining the military I've discovered the secret to being thin is simple: get off your ass.  Just be active, from 4am till 10pm and you'll be good.

I went for 2 hours today.
Did an hour of running and an hour of upper body.

sustained volume of exercise > an hour @ gym and then couching the rest of the day

do a set every hour you're awake- doesn't have to a be a big set, because you're going to be doing them all day long.
