I'm moving back to FL to work for my company. I'm trying to figure out what I can pay people. It looks like I'm overpaying most of my employees.

OK I think I've figured it out. I can update salaries whenever so what I think I'm going to do is post a bunch of jobs for shit pay and then you guys can apply for it and I will up your salaries. I think for now I can pay everyone the break even amount since you guys were the ones that helped buy it.

There's also a free calculator somewhere for businesses that's really good, but I don't know it off the top of my head. I'll wait for a bit, whoever needs the jobs most can take them.
Also, I think it's best to keep 10 employees only for maximum productivity.

The wellness you can get from anything is equal to it's quality level.
Also I posted 5 job openings for $1 for the Florida Grain Company. If you want to work for me take one and I will boost your wage as much as I can, but grain prices are pretty shit right now so you might do better somewhere else  :'(
