Me and Wedge co-oped for a good amount of time today. It's a lot of fun but I'm confused what polish the PC port had to wait a week for. There's still console style menus, you need to edit a config for a lot of options, and there's no AA.

I'm just pissed about the FOV bullshit. Had to hack up some "special" keybinds to get it to stay at 100, because it keeps wanting to undo my settings. Anyways we're both around lvl 13 now, he has a Hunter and I'm a Berserker. Just got a badass purple assault rifle if anyone is using a Soldier (which I'm kinda wishing I was now).Â

Actually there are mic sensitivity settings in the config file. But I assume it's mostly to allow PTT.

that topic tells you how to hack together AA, among other things.
Vent is better because once you get the volume set, you never have to adjust it again, no matter what game you move onto. It's so incredibly convenient to have settings work universally, independent of the application
edit: sent an angry email to steam, a little over an hour later my game magically re-appeared and started downloading. Thx karma

Really any weapon works just fine for any class. Soldier only has one skill that makes combat rifles better, and I'm not gonna bother with it.

I am interested in this assault rifle and would like to know more...
I also have a pistol the lights people on fire. It's white and i've had it for like 10 levels and i think it out guns just about everything i've had so far. Damn you awesome pistol. Also there was this wave shotgun with trample, it kinda sucked but damn it looked cool.
