Hope for camp pedleton its right on the ocean, but thats a Marine base so Im not sure if they have any of the other branches there.
Also, "words" change over time, stating that 'irregardless' is not a word does not take into account usage. If a lot of people use it, and understand its meaning, its a word, just like truthiness.

After careful consideration, I believe my financial situation will be best served by moving back in with my ailing grandparents for 6-8 months. Money would just be too tight to be on my own in a high-rent Philly apartment.
