Again, your internet is most likely like mine. It doesn't necessarily disconnect completely (IE: Steam Friends down, forced out of vent, have to reset modem, etc.) , but you repeatedly have short, maybe, 5 second disconnects that might kick you out of the game at random. This sucks, but something that you would have to bring up with your internet provider, I would know considering I have this problem.
But if this isn't the case, then lolidk what's wrong.

There's a link somewhere on the steamforums on how to remove the black outlines from postprocessing, I can look it up if you want (thought it probably won't help all that much tbh)
