I'm also dieting by selecting healthier food choices (good bye delicious fast food/microwave dinners/binge eatings) by having smaller portions to eat with as little sugar and fats as possible. Today I had half a roast beef sandwhich before and after my work out accompanied by a cheese stick. No soda either.
When you're up to it, Circuits are 2 minutes of something like pushups, mountain climbers, leg raises, situps, jumpies, etc. followed by a 100m windsprint (no jogging, pussy) and immediately into the next thing you're doing. So pushups -> windsprint -> leg raises -> windsprint. You do that without any rest time for an hour or two. I'm not sure exactly how long we did them for because our coach was berating us the entire time and we were doing it shirtless on asphalt during a florida summer. Made my day: Got 107% on my first AP Physics B test of the year. I also got a 77% on AP US History test, which is pretty much the hardest course at our school.
it isnt physically possible to do this for an hour or two unless youre doing it completely wrong. thats the entire point of circuits is that theyre fast Re: This Made My Day/Improved My Day Thread! - Totla - 09-09-2010 (09-09-2010, 02:42 AM)Tim link Wrote:
Do Circuits, then you can be a real man.
