Re: The Movie Thread - Goffin - 05-13-2012 Regarding Avengers:
Did anybody notice thantos not wearing the infinity glove which is seen in odin's vault in thor?
.  If I had to guess, that's thor's II story right there... ;D Re: The Movie Thread - KarthXLR - 05-14-2012 Caught "The Pirates!" today. Twas alright. A wee bit disappointed there weren't more jokes in the script, but the animation is wonderful as always and the voice cast was fun to listen to. Re: The Movie Thread - KarthXLR - 05-16-2012 The Dictator was kind of bad. Strokes of funny here and there, but they ruin it by reusing jokes faster than reddit can kill a meme. Also, the best bits were in the trailer. Re: The Movie Thread - [SiN] Merc - 05-16-2012 (05-16-2012, 02:51 AM)Karth link Wrote: The Dictator was kind of bad. Then I remembered that The Dictator was a diffrent movie. Carry on, good sir. <3 Re: The Movie Thread - matter11 - 05-16-2012 Quote: Merc link=topic=947.msg245379#msg245379 date=1337218230] Was thinking of The Great Dictator, almost had a rage stroke at what you posted. Also, watched King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters tonight. Made me RAGE at Billy Mitchell. Very, very good editing. (It worked) Edit: So on of the major plots got left unresolved in the movie... @ 1:14 there's a scene with Jimmy & Parents where Fred Savage tells them that they're being terrible to Jimmy. That scene got left out of the movie and the parents magically change their mind after Jimmy
Wins at SMB 3
. Also, Toby McGuire is an uncredited thug in the drive in movie. Goddamn i used to be obsessed at that movie. Re: The Movie Thread - KarthXLR - 05-18-2012 The Blair Witch Project was neither frightening or tense. Or anything really. I really have to give credit to Paranormal Activity, as it made me uncomfortable in my bed for several nights, but at least it did something. How much money did this movie make again? Oi vey... You have to remember it was the first movie that really used that style and many (retarded) people thought it might be real at the time.
