Beat the game and go into True Vault Hunter Mode(aka New Game +). The stash will show up.

Decided to kill The Warrior and then farm the gunslinger challenge for the Jakobs Filigree skin on the infinitely spawning rakks there. The trail leads from out of the lava, and goes offscreen in the lower left for a bit you cant see.
The worst part about this is that I still have about 450 left
