So I woke too late for dinner, and was thirsty. Went to this red coke machine, the only one that takes dollars (for whatever reason, the others don't) and the only one that gives change. I send a dollar through, and I'm at the machine with actual things in it, when I realize I need $1.50. So I walk back down to coke machine, when lo and behold- orange soda in the machine. No one in sight, no one who actually comes to this part of the building (most people take the stairs up). It's Sunkist (my mortal enemy) but a drink is a drink. So then I go to get lemonade and in the process help someone who's at another vending machine get change for it to work by telling them about the red machine. So not only free drink, but also good feeling.

Got a job interview somewhere better. Never thought I'd do a call center again, but... I have experience doing internet tech support in this environment and I need full time hours. Also it's mostly a group interview with 7 other people (and then a one on one) so who knows... but I'm willing to try.
