It's been my experience that you can expect a certain level of professionalism from people involved in any way with the Department of Energy, or those subject to them. This level of professionalism is usually far outmatched by the salary they draw to keep them from selling the secrets to someone. I offer the case of one of my junior NCOs, who makes more than me in his civilian job (and even in his military role, since he gets a differential), yet his main aspiration here is to drill out the inside of a giant black dildo and sheath it over the .50 cal on a French APC.Â
