I'd like to point out that anyone who has purchased the game can give away a free copy (The paid version of Minecraft) to someone. You have until Christmas though.

Definitely looking forward to what notch is planning. Loving the new lighting system and torch tiles.
Sad I gotta shut down the server though. If anyone wants to donate towards the server or if they have a spare box I can put this on, I could just keep it up. Though, not sure if it's worth it if no one really plays it anymore. :-\
Hoping these next major updates will really spark the community for the game again.

Trust me, hosting from the same box you use is nothing but hardship and tears. Computer has to stay up 24/7, can't really play games on it because of the server taking up so many resources and playing anything online would make the server lag.
It's something reeeally don't want to get stuck with doing >,<
