So this website does a 'Win it Wednesdays' promotional, and I enter it usually every week when I remember....so I entered this week, and usually you can type up a little "Why you'd like to win" write-up...I wrote:
"I am a being from the distant future, and my acquisition of these so-called "Dune Riders" are the only thing we can use to walk through the harsh, dead plains of 'Earth'...We must have them, resistance is futile!"
So I'll have a new pair of these in a couple of weeks 8)

Told my GF about 14 hours ago that I was moving out, and that we weren't going to be together any more. The movers just left with most of the rest of my crap, I've just got to load my HTPC and HDTV and a box or two and then I'm out of here, probably tonight.
I feel like such a huge ass that I want to put this in the FML thread, but I don't think it deserves a place there.
BRB, deleting facebook and hitting the gym. I'm only going to call a lawyer if absolutely necessary, but I have a couple friends who are, so I know who to call.

I made some friggin' awesome bagels in Culinary today. I did the best in my group.
I am now acquaintances with our school's friggin' awesome librarian.
The Film Club I've been trying to get going was submitted to administration today.
I finished the 3rd season of Dexter.
I got this friggin' awesome Flaming Lips t-shirt that my sister got me for my birthday.
I got my full-tuition scholarship to the film-college I want to go to.
Today has been a good day.Â
