Would it? Civ IV was a lot like Civ III, which got stale. I wanted something new, not just a game with better graphics and minorly fixed gameplay.
Same reason I was disappoint with Sims 2.

I'm excited about nothing anyone has mentioned (except maybe Elemental, but that doesn't seem like something SD is going to be flashing around E3 much).
The only things I would be interested in would be the reappearance of Bumpy Trot 2, Valkria Chronicles 2, and Yakuza 3 being localized. But none of these will happen so I don't have much interest in E3...
