I think the point is being missed. Grunts and Sighs and all things like that are acceptable (in my eyes at least). I have no problem with such things. But when people go on 5 minute rants about hypotheticals and you have 2 people talking at the same time while said person is talking it is just annoying. Talking on all talk is cool but to discuss your manifesto on the server is just going a bit too far.

I agree. That's the whole point of all talk; To chat while playing-- Can you really think of any other reason all talk would be on? It's not like each team wants the other team to hear where their teleporters or sentries are.
