I use anything from 3-21 pt for line work.
I usually stick it at 9, though, when working on web-resolution pictures (ie not super fucking detailed and big).
Though, pressure sensitivity helps wonders.

it might be my shitty tablet, but pressure sensitivity is a bitch to use, what level of zoom do you sketch in? like pixel view or print view?
