It isn't as hard as people think. I relate it to working on a car.

A tear rolled down my cheak when I was able to see all of your tentacle hentai yiff tranny sprays in all of their unpixelated glory for the first time last night.

New order of business: What games should I purchase for cheap over Steam?

Look into the company packs like the iD pack, unreal deal, Lucas Arts, Eidos, etc. The iD pack for example is like $23 for something like 15 - 20 games

Re: My New Awesomesauce Computer - Surf314 - 12-30-2009

Eidos pack, I'm definitely getting it before the sale ends. Also if enough people get the Unreal Tournament pack we might try to have a night.

Re: My New Awesomesauce Computer - Didzo - 12-31-2009

Well, I got:

Braid
Osmos
World of Goo
Rome: Total War Gold

for $12 or so.

I built my first PC a couple months ago. While I was putting it together I kept thinking "fuck this is complicated" then when it was all done my thought was "fuck, that wasn't that hard". Now I want to build another just for shits and giggles. I have to fix my car, and build another AR-15 first though.  Tongue

Re: My New Awesomesauce Computer - Didzo - 01-01-2010

Just got a Logitech G110 keyboard and a Razer Mamba for it.

Re: My New Awesomesauce Computer - Didzo - 02-15-2010

By the end of the week, I shall have 8GB RAM.

And it shall be glorious.

Also, ordered some cheap red LEDs for the case.

I positioned two of the LED units downward, one out toward the front of the case, and another on the side panel.

Re: My New Awesomesauce Computer [UPDATED] - Didzo - 03-16-2010

Apparently my RAM had been running at 9-9-9-29 1333 at 1.5V.

A trip to BIOS land changed that to 8-8-8-24 1600 at 1.65V.
