Except they did define the criteria, they said it was supposed to be weighted by most influential games of the decade. Now they didn't actually follow through, because 10 and 9 are anything but. However the rest of them could have plenty of arguments made for them (though again, the video is generally too dumb to actually do this).

That "scary" top 10 starts out as bad as the other. Not only was that video poorly done and boring, 10 through 8 aren't scary, 7 is almost too expected too add. FEAR worked for me at 6. Never played Condemned at 5, but they really set that one up lol. The heck is 4? Man this guy is REALLY boring. He sounds bored even doing this. I know System Shock 2 is supposed to be a frightening game, but none of that is scary that was shown. Door banging is frightening? And I just skipped through the first cause it went too long. What the heck did you see in that video?
