this using platinum.Pearl/Diamond or that newfangled HG/SS?

I'm not big in this pokemon thing but I got it a while ago for this purpose, so I'll play.

All are 4th gen, so all are equally viable, if you have diamond then all the better.

and by forever you mean feed it 20-30 vitamins and kill 20-30 pokemon right?

Plat/Dia/Pearl have the vs seeker so just google that and bam, you got the guy with 6 magikarps that you beat like 3 times and then you're done with EV's.

HG/SS is hard because you don't get that luxury but google it anyway, if you google "hg ev training spots" you should get a forum (The Pallet Tribune) that have the spots.
