I once got a can of 7UP from my grandmother's fridge, and halfway through drinking it I noticed a contest on the side of the can that ended in June 1993. It tasted a little champagne-y but other than that was perfectly fine.

Nutmeg is also hallucinogenic/poisonous at high levels. I wouldn't recommend it though because the hallucinogenic dose is not far from the poisonous dose. Also it's fucking delicious in egg nog.
