@K2: the problem is that some people are 100% about the teasing and the pithy comebacks. Unfortunately, others interpret the banter and repartee as aggression and antagonizing. I suppose it leaves a bad impression if it's not your sense of humor (see: numerous females driven out as soon as they made their intro posts), but personally I wouldn't have it any other way. That said, I'm sure Surf gave allondra ample preperation. I mean, he's gonna be a lawyer, right?

I know (and hopefully everyone else does as well) that none of it is serious; it's just that lately it's been derailing a lot more threads than usual.
