Once again, I find myself agreeing with Rummy. The U.S. Government wasn't doing enough too keep Kony from causing misery; this guy was pointing that fact out; so the government had a strong motive to make this guy seem like a lunatic. Whether it was a roofie'd drink, a poke with a sharp umbrella tip, or a crack rock made special for him by the Agency, it'll be impossible to rule out dirty tricks.
