I finally rolled triple vault symbols on the slot machines and got an orange.

Its special is that the beam breaks up into a bunch of mini-beams when it hits an enemy. Not actually that powerful. My level 15 electric shotgun that I've been using for the last 5 hours or so out-dpses this and every other gun I own, especially with 200 stacks of maelstrom. :'(
