Its fairly complex but very powerful and I'd rather not fuck something up royally.



However, because this uses the custom particle systems, I have a nagging feeling this is going to cause square flames all over the place, and we might need to hold off on fully using it until after valve fixes that problem.
I LOVE square flames Big Grin. If it causes them, leave it on forever.

Windy effects make my in packets go up to the thousands. I cried for hours lagged a bit, but text, sound, and HUD were all screwed up because it's trying to send me all the other effects.

yea some effect make me lag. overall I don't feel they add much to the game except a blue hue, maybe just keep a night and a day theme.
