I can browse though my collection, thumbnails on left screen, full sized on right screen, chose multiple pictures, then resize them by 50%, convert them to png, then dump them in my dropbox for easy sharing.
That's Application Synergy right there! >XD

i use a disposable camera and then take a picture of my screen and then try to draw the image in ms paint

I don't care enough to google it because I use FRAPS for screenies, but there's a cvar to adjust the jpeg compression.
