Apart from balancing things when I can, I only ever use Auto now. Re: What I really love about playing on the brb.u servers - [SiN] Merc - 01-06-2011 I only auto or go blu, because I like pushing more than D on most maps. Re: What I really love about playing on the brb.u servers - Chief - 01-06-2011 god this topic seems so familiar Re: What I really love about playing on the brb.u servers - shoopfox - 01-06-2011 Yeah I swear I see this topic every month or so. Auto-team is the manly team but sometimes you get autostacks Re: What I really love about playing on the brb.u servers - HeK - 01-07-2011 (01-06-2011, 11:08 PM)Señor Pinchy link Wrote: Yeah I swear I see this topic every month or so. I raged about this in-server only a couple days ago, extolling the virtue of making your home server the best game available. From this point on, if I see a stack, and no one beyond myself is swapping, I'm going to balance teams by using kicks and tbans. If people here don't want to be a part of making the server and game competitive and enjoyable, I'll just simply remove the offending parties. TL;DR If you don't care about stacking, or maintaining a healthy community through fairness, you don't deserve to be here. Push me on this. Oh, and if you are interested in becoming a better player, rolling the other team doesn't help. You can only improve skill with challenge. Fucking auto-assign, and be the better person and switch over if your team is rolling--or at least RTV. I don't want to, but if this keeps up then I have no problem naming and shaming people on the forums. Re: What I really love about playing on the brb.u servers - Spore - 01-07-2011 Team stacking hurts the server population and does bad things for expanding the community past a tight knit group of friends who view BRBU as a semi-exclusive cool kids club instead of an open place for gamers from everywhere to enjoy themselves in. Don't do it. Don't do it. For those can remember: Is BRBU now interchangeable with Dtoid? Have we come full circle? I refuse to believe or acknowledge such a thing to be. My brother and I spoke on this very topic today; the behaviour exhibited now is no different from then, and the only people we attract are those that thrive on violating our number one rule: Don't be a dick. In the beginning, the very heart of BRB:u was instilled with the belief that inclusion was the only path. No cliques, no bullshit, nothing. Take care, gentlefolk, we stray from our noblest of goals.
