Funny coincidence, i just finished downloading the client a few days ago, I've got a trial acount running right now, but i can always make another one when Eschatos gets his shit together.

I'm not going to activate the trial yet.  I'm going on vacation with my family and won't be back for a week.

I'm not  too familiar with the game so i dont really know what to ask for help with. I'm trying to keep myself rather self sufficient. Tradeskill wise I have a weaponsmith and an Explorer, so im doing alright in the weapons/armor department. I only know basic patterns though and 1 or 2 Yellow versions. so i suppose that's where i could use some improvement.
Unless im completely missing something and you can suggest


@bacon and eschatos: Trial is a little gimped, you cant Trade, use the mailbox , or the auction house, or send tells to people that aren't on your friends list. Restrictions that are meant to keep the gold spamming to a minimum Smile

I considered picking this game up again.  I was mid 20s-30s on my minstrel.  Quit playing about a week after the first big minstrel update a while back :x 

Maybe I'll join you guys, but only if I get one of the jobs I applied for.  Teaching job hunt sucks balls.

i do have this level 27 something quest for "ancient evil" or something. with a badass halberd reward for my Captain. very interested in such a reward. if its possible to do it at a low level

It wasnt that great to be honest. I thought it was ok but my buddies and I didnt like it enough to stick with it. Champions Online on the other hand looks a bit more promising
