"Raid 0 Mirror" is called Raid 1 or if you mean 2 raid 0 arrays mirrored it's called raid 10 (1+0)... Using raid 0 to contain all your important data is dumb though, data loss risc rises exponentially with every HD added to the array... Raid 1, 5, 6 or 10 are the ways to go if you care about data...

This is a bit controversial, but
imo if you want _THE_BEST_ performance, you shouldn't use TV as monitor.
Tvs aren't meant to be watched from 0,5m and you will experience some lag in high intense gaming.
You can get a 19" quality CRT from ex. ebay for like 20$
