I liked the movie "No Mercy", it was a good zombie movie. It was pretty cheesy though.

When this finally gets to the final voting, its gonna be so hard to choose, and also I suggest you have the final poll be 'don't show results until its over'

Yeah, but he died first so it was kinda racist.

I couldn't even watch that. Had heard so many great recommendations and then started watching and it was just a very mediocre horror movie. Turned it off about halfway through.

fuck you snatch needs more votes.

Re: BRB.U Favorite Movie Poll 2/4 - [fr31ns]Karrde - 12-19-2008

Blade Runner, Lion King, Snatch, Spirited Away...I wanted to put The Life of Brian on there.....but I couldn't pass up Super Mario Brothers.  I mean c'mon, who doesn't like to dance?

Oh and Mel Brooks, fuck yeah!  High Anxiety >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Vertigo.  But then again, I find Hitchcock to be a very overhyped, mediocre film maker.

I'm with Kardde. He made a few OK films and Notorious was pretty special but mostly his stuff was kinda forgettable. Is it blasphemy to say that Van Sant's remake of Psycho shat all over the original?

You should watch the twist. It will change your opinion (not necessarily for the better.)

I dunno about Psycho cuz I haven't actually seen it. :-[

WTF though...forgettable? Strangers on a Train, Shadow of a Doubt, Rear Window, North by Northwest, and The 39 Steps are forgettable? Jesus.

Even his lesser movies are almost guaranteed to have a couple of great scenes each. Also, he had one of the best senses of humor of any director. Ever.

I <3 Hitchcock. (Just in case you couldn't tell.)
