Acutally you don't, take for example an early screen from the map Ive been making (hint look upper right of shot) I just used the image of the teleporter blueprint with an arrow pointing down. Re: ctf_2docks feedback wanted - gunbeard - 08-05-2008 after a break while i moved house, beta 5 is now being worked on. it should be ready for TFT 8/12; that'd be next week. here's a list of the changes so far from beta4: - added LADDERS *gasp* to each base's intel from water, making it easier for non-scouts to attempt capping. - added ladder access to underwater holes & lit all underwater areas properly. - clearly marked water entrances in each base. - retextured underwater tunnels to make everything less brown. - added a lot more arrows showing direction to intel. - reworked staircases with decorative brushwork, railings and retexturing where needed. - more changes to come this week, including screenshots. thanks for everyone who rtv 2docks - gun Re: ctf_2docks feedback wanted - Surf314 - 08-05-2008 (08-05-2008, 05:05 PM)gunbeard link Wrote: after a break while i moved house, beta 5 is now being worked on. it should be ready for TFT 8/12; that'd be next week. I echo Caff's remarks, this map was very well thought-out and surprisingly polished for a first map.
