Frank Miller is kind of a douche bag. Seriously, if you read up on him or look at his interviews he's very egotistical and thinks his way is the best way. The problem is his way really only works in his stuff, and not even all of it.
I haven't seen it yet because all the reviews I saw said he raped Will Eisner's work, even though he promised not to. He actually had to promise because fans knew that he was going to screw it up, some of his own fans even.
