I like it's sound over the microKorg/microKorg XL and it's cheaper. The ARP Axxe is a nice single OSC vintage analog synth. I picked mine up for about $250 on ebay. Where do you plan on buying from? Re: Do you make music? - WTF Joel - 01-22-2009 Used to play trumpet, now I play guitar. Both acoustic and electric, for about the past 3 years now. Play either country or rock. A lot of AC/DC stuff. Mines Black and white Nice amp, thing weights like 60lbs. Re: Do you make music? - ZargonX - 01-22-2009 I was actually a Music minor in college, with a focus on music theory. I started trying to refresh my memory on it over the holidays, since I hadn't thought about or written anything in years. I'll be sure to post here when I finally write something again Re: Do you make music? - Mission Difficult - 01-22-2009 My most favorite limited edition distortion pedal with naked women sodomizing cats on the front: Vintage 70's analog sound, my Axxe: Awesome transwave synthesis, the Fizmo: Virtual analog, based on the vintage MS series, the MS-2000: My favorite synth, the Waldorf Q: The Raven, by Quasimidi: Also by Quasimidi, my Sirius (gooseneck mic not pictured): Less celebrated than it's older brothers the 808 and the 909, my TR-606: My bass, a copy of a Musicman Stingray with Seymour Duncan pickups: Re: Do you make music? - Vongore - 01-22-2009 Awesome collection Mission I played the same Xylophone Re: Do you make music? - Scary Womanizing Pig Mask - 01-22-2009 I make Mario Paint music (if that counts) and can play a couple ditties on the piano. Re: Do you make music? - KarthXLR - 01-22-2009 I play percussion. Symbol, bass, snare, sometimes tenor. That sort of stuff. Soon to be playing the frying pan. Re: Do you make music? - HeK - 01-22-2009 I am tone deaf, have no rhythm, and cannot dance. My brother on the other hand has a large collection of guitars, amps, pedals, keyboards, drums, what have you. He runs a small studio out of his basement. I helped him finish building a custom electric; I did the wiring. He's using a DiMarzio Super Distortion at the neck, and had Bill Lawrence build him a pickup that we mounted in the body. I used mil-spec parts when I was wiring it, because I had them handy Re: Do you make music? - K2 - 01-22-2009 I took piano lessons for around eight years, all classical, but I'm pretty rusty now. Played alto sax in school for seven years, classical and a lot of jazz on the side, but I haven't had time play anything this past year.
