Mainly I want it to once again complete my collection, I own almost every remake, spin-off, and main game that final fantasy has, and that includes original cartridges, and I am always going through the main ones every year. Oh and my favorite is FF8 followed by a tie of 12 and 9, I don't care what ya say, story always does it for me. And 7 was not bad in the least, graphics don't matter to me as long as game play and story can back it up.

Didn't care for the story in the slightest after the 1st disc ended. Gameplay I liked, but for story that's actually in the FFVII universe I preferred Crisis Core. Cloud is also a pussy compared to Zack.

Yes. And I swear I don't want it just to sell it because people buy it for exorbitantly high prices despite being one of the most common PS1 games ever made.

I actually found the main character to be the most unlikeable, he was just an immature kid. My favourite character was balthier and i wish it revolved around him more.

Final Fantasy 7 did come out for PC, y'know. If you wanna play it just skip downloading the emulator and get the PC version.

I personally did not enjoy 12 at all. I got about 20 hours into it, and found it utterly boring. The characters were uninteresting, the plot was uninspired, and I couldn't stand the gambit system. If you are going to make players create "logic trees" for what actions to take, make sure you provide them with the tools to do so right from the start. Having to find or buy combat commands is ridiculous.Â
Anyway, without going off into too much of an analysis of its failings, I'd recommend skipping it unless you are a die-hard FFer.

Also, technically you don't need an international credit card to buy this if you make a japanese psn account. buy a psn card. I did it for some things that came out on Japanese XBL only, so I figured it'd work the same on a PS3.
