Fuck me this is shit. I did a personal appraisal and now they are asking me why the appraisal is so low when we came not to far under what they had it on sale for for months with no one buying. I don't think they've paid yet. This is probably going to be an issue. I was so busy I didn't make sure they paid before I sent it out. I really need that money for my wife's birthday thing.

[/quote]I'm assuming a house or some other property. He sent them the amount he appraised it for before receiving payment, which is like letting someone leave the store with their stuff before paying, and hoping they'll come back to pay for it.

Basically I wrote a big report for someone who wasn't a bank. People who aren't banks have trouble with things like "we are legally a third party and cannot advocate any side in an appraisal" or "payment cannot be contingent on a value being reached THIS IS ILLEGAL." So yea we traditionally make them pay before or at time of getting the report because especially now everyone thinks their values should be higher and they will sometimes think they can just not pay us if they aren't happy.

I seriously didn't even play this appraisal safe. It was pretty fair to them considering some of the stuff I was hearing that could have let me drop the value if I didn't feel like things were getting better (and they are having to do leases for my dad lets me in on this).

well guys, me and my friends had this really great idea to all sign up for swim team this year.  we don't know what we're doing.  i barely know how to swim. 


first practice is monday, they make you swim 6 miles a day for conditioning.  YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Swim team may be the best thing that will happen to you getting in shape wise. Plus the ladies love a guy in a speedo.
