I think I figured out the ranking system. You get one point for everything you level. Each of your skills every contact each faction, everytime you +1 something you +1 ranking. So it's easy to get up to 75 to start using a lot of the good stuff but a lot slower to get to 125 to get to use the 3 slotted weaponsÂÂ

yeh but to get to the boss contacts requires at least lvl 3 with everyone.
part of me wants to do no pledge and pump up to org lvl 20 with each for the character upgrades as well.
