I might have not been alive for vietnam, but i was certainly alive for the fog of war The Fog of War (trailer) Re: The Movie Thread - rumsfald - 07-07-2009 ^^ Fog of War was a great fucking piece of work, especially for the parallels it drew to Donald Rumsfeld. On a related note, the Ron Howard Frost/Nixon dramatization was surprisingly good - amazing how many good pieces of history don't become part of the usual Nixon folklore. Re: The Movie Thread - Darklink - 07-10-2009 by reading this thread I think Karth would go to see Rambo for romance to stay on topic Taken was pretty good Re: The Movie Thread - Scary Womanizing Pig Mask - 07-10-2009 (07-10-2009, 07:54 AM)rumsfald link Wrote: ^ yes, Ron Howard's 2008 Frost / Nixon. I liked it, but I was expecting it to be more centered around the interviews themselves then the process. Still pretty great though, but I think I liked Nixon better. (The movie not the man) |
