[/quote]I felt kinda bad for him, he had his kid in the backseat in a child seat (the kid was fine thank god) and the dude was like a year younger than me. That's a shitty deal both ways. He was really apologetic about it too, not at all like WTF WHYD YOU STOP AT A RED LIGHT AND LET ME HIT YOU DOING 80

I was biting my nails and i now have a huge infection on my right middle finger. Hurts just to touch stuff with it. I'm holding it in ice water as we speak.

If it's infected, soak it in warm salt water. Ice water will make it hurt less but won't make the infection go away. Then dry it off and put some Neosporin (or your antibiotic medical ointment of choice like bacitracin or polysporin) on it and wrap it in a clean band-aid or bandage. If it starts to turn funny colors or smell strange, go to a doctor.

They technically wrote my car off because some dickfuck broke the driver's side window.

I got monies for it and thanks to a nice guy at the insurance place I still get to insure it and drive it. Now I don't give a fuck if I get hit; I can't be sued and I already got the most for my car that I ever will.

But srsly, they write cars off for nothing.

Almost got in a car crash. I was driving and looking for a cd a the same time and before I knew it I was half on the road half on some guys lawn turning 180 degrees. I missed a fire hydrant by 4 inches. Also tomorrow morning i have to get up at 9 and help my mom/ other old ladies sell crafts at an elementary school. Im getting really drunk tonight.

Was backing out of my garage when I stopped. My driver's side mirror was sitting an inch past the frame of the garage door.
I toss it into first, release the brake and roll backwards folding my mirror outwards towards the front of the car.... handbrake!!! So now the mirror flops around and doesn't point anywhere useful.

I have the Japanese-only optional power folding mirrors, modified to work on a left-hand drive car. Replacement cost in around $300 in parts per.... if you can find it.

I guess this was taken into account then the mirrors were designed, as I was able to hit the fold button on the console and watch as the mirror snapped back into place....

Here's a treatment coming from the resident BRBU Nursing Student:

Soak it in hot water.  It should be a hypertonic solution, but I wouldn't use salt necessarily.  If you have it, dreft or a similar soap works well.  The solution should be pretty hot, so much that it's hard to put it in right away.  Avoid any squeezing.  Soak it for 15-25 minutes 3-4 times per day as able.  When done, rinse.  Apply some kind of antibiotic ointment and then bandage it.  If you don't have/don't want ointment, bandage it and keep it clean, dry, and intact.  Should clear up in a few days.  If it gets a LOT worse or starts to smell really funky, you need to see a doctor.  The human mouth is full of really nasty bacteria.

If the bacteria are already in your mouth, wouldn't getting them on your finger be completely harmless?  If they're in your mouth then you're already infected.

The way I understand it is that the bacteria in your mouth are sort of designed to infect humans. That's why it's not a good idea to punch people in the mouth.
