When I brought it up? Not a goddamn word, but still wants to pay less. I even offered to pay a little extra to get her rent down to $620 (read: she's sharing the master bedroom with my gf, complete with personal shower and walk-in closet, while I'm trying to convert the living room into a bedroom). Still not fucking good enough!

EDIT: It boggles my mind that people can be so miserly/stingy even at the risk of straining relationships with the people you'll be living with. Especially when the alternative (dormitories) costs $850/month.
