My suspicions that the whole law school grading system is bullshit were more or less confirmed. Looks like I should be using strategy to make grades from now on instead of actually learning the material.

This, I know the material well but the only way to get the grades it seems is to play the system. Knowing the material will get me jack if I don't have the grades to get a first job. There is a certain level of pandering to the system I just can't do (one of the top grades kept going to the teachers office hours to boost his grade), but based on how much my grades improved just by learning how to take the finals I know I'm going to have to at least do that.
