GP rework- removing Deny is kinda iffy, as is the reduction of his ult area, but overall it looks like a buff from here.
Fiddles- Pretty hard nerf it seems. Sure, some things went up, but not enough to compensate.

Rumble is ridiculous, nocturne is not too bad. Broke down and bought vlad, was happy with my purchase.
