Might want to limit the number of people watching a movie.
I can see it turning into something like tf2 where 10 to 15 people are trying to talk at the same time

I say we have two chatrooms depending on the size of the group, and just watch the same video.
It's easy enough.

As for movies, I say we just nominate movies each week. Whoever can provide will host.

forgive me if i'm wrong, but i'm pretty sure streaming uses up the hosts bandwidth
pretty sure some kids shitty dsl connection cant handle it.

I adore this idea!
But I could see myself just being so excited to talk to you guys that I would ruin the movie because I get super hyper and social like that.

skype lagged incredibly bad last time I did a conf call with brb, you might want to just use vent instead
