My team is not IV/EV trained, might be fun though.
To be blunt, if your team isn't ev trained at the very least, I highly highly doubt you'll win any matches. EV training gives such a higher advantage.
Durp. Didn't stop G-Rad from sweeping his way to the top last time. While I agree with you, it's a substantiate advantage, I don't think theirs any harm in letting someone throw their hat in the ring and get some expereince.
Well doubts can be wrong. Re: The Second Annual BRB'U Pokemon Grand Prix! - Badgerman of DOOM - 09-22-2009 I won the bout. I took out all 6 of LV15's Pokemon while he took out 3 of mine. He used a strategy that I wasn't prepared for and took out both of my heavy hitters. He's good, whether or not his pokemon are EV trained. I just got the moves and the evs I needed and left them around level 60. Why even bother catching and raising and breeding them when you can just hack your way to Perfect IVs and Full EV sets. Plus it's outside of the game, and I'm a purist for anything competitive. EVs are not too bad I guess but IVs just annoy me. maybe if they were at least visible in game it might be more fun. |
