CE Halo Anniversary, Halo 4, 5, and 6 confirmed at the Microsoft press conference.  The conference itself was pretty dull.  Showing stuff that has already been showed, played some non-360 exclusives like MW3 and Tomb Raider.  Showed some stuff for Ghost Recon Future Soldier, Gears of War 3, and then some awful Kinect related games and Dance Central 2.  Oh and the Xbox is getting a new UI with Live TV, Bing, and Youtube support.

Oh, also I guess Minecraft's coming to the 360, but it looks like it's classic mode only.

Nah, nothing but a big Kinect push.  Even Minecraft will have Kinect support which sounds hilarious.  My finger gets tired mining and chopping in Minecraft.  Now people can wear out their entire arms lol

No clue.  Trailer doesn't show alot to hint at what is happening and I'm not sure where the story would be going.  Just has Master Chief utilizing what looks like maybe a single shot grenade launcher or Magnum attachment, jetpacking about in Zero G, and him getting abducted by something.

http://imgur.com/cHdpU Some of the titles that will supposedly be available come 2012. Also mentioned were Darksiders 2, a new Metro game (!!!), a new Super Smash Bros. (!!!), and potentially Battlefield 3. That's right, EA is partnering with Nintendo, apparently decently this time.

My wallet hurts at the idea of buying that console and 1-2 of those controllers, but at least it looks decently futureproofed. They implied 1080 graphics.

We actually already knew about there being a new Metro game. Anyway, do we even know if you can use more than one of these WiiU controllers per console? Remember, the console is streaming video to it. Think about what it takes to stream four videos in realtime. And also remember that the 360 and PS3 are perfectly capable of 1080p as well, but you don't see many games supporting it. It's just that consumers value flashiness over image quality so that's always where developers put their resources. It was still pretty neat though.

Were there any Wii U games announced that were interesting? I'm not gonna buy any of those third party games on the Wii U...And man I hate that name lol Not as bad as the rumored Current name that was tossed around at least.  The features are neat, but that controller does not look comfortable to use at all.  Maybe it isn't, but it looks worse than the Wii-Mote.

Wasn't someone around here wanting a new Luigi's Mansion? Well your getting your wish lol Also please don't let the next console Mario game be Super Mario Galaxy 3. I'm liking the images I'm seeing of the 3DS Mario game.

Nintendo president Satoru Iwata just said that a new Smash Bros will release for the company's new console, the Wii U, as well as for 3DS. No specific time frame was given, but Iwata said the game will feature cross platform compatibility.

Well now I have to buy one  :'(

Except Darksiders II and Batman Arkham City will have been out for a considerable time before the Wii U releases. If they delay Darksiders 2 to coincide with the Wii U release I'm going to be mad.
