and all it's sequels.

Also, Spycraft: The great game.
TEX MOTHERFUCKING MURPHY.
Yes. VERY yes.
This series was astounding for its time. Though "Under A killing Moon" was the next-to-last one, I believe (there were a few before it, starting with "Mean Streets"). After that one was the fantastic "The Pandora Directive", and then there was one more named "Overseer" that I never got to play.

They had an internet-based radio play a ways back. I haven't listened to it yet.

Here's a question, though...WHY hasn't this series seen a re-release on STEAM? It's quite fantastic, and the concept is nice- a classic-style Chicago-type P.I. in futuristic San Francisco. Not to mention the dialogue is GOLD...and for that matter, the dialogue system is nice too- you get a list of choices of the tone that the message itself conveys, not what Tex actually says, and it keeps the dialoge surprising (and quite entertaining at that). Anyone who even REMOTELY knows what this series is would snatch it up in a heartbeat.

Possibly because no one owns the title any more.

Access Software was acquired by Microsoft in 1999, became part of Microsoft Game Studios and was renamed to "Salt Lake Games Studio". In 2003 it was renamed again to "Indie Games".
In October 2004, Microsoft sold the development studio to Take-Two Interactive and it took on the name "Indie Built". They became part of T2's 2K Games/2K Sports brand.
Indie shipped Amped 3 for the launch of Xbox 360 and worked on Top Spin 2 for Xbox 360 developed by Power and Magic.
Take 2 suddenly closed Indie Built on April 28, 2006 without publicly stating any reasons for the closure.

Tho GOG.com sells a copy.

Oh! Monkey Island, Sam and Max hit the road, and Day of the Tentacle. All excellent point 'n' click adventure games. Grim Fandango was nice too. Nostalgia...setting in...must...resist!

I've always wanted to play Grim Fandango,  if only it was on GOG.com

Fuck yes, everyone should play Tron 2.0 and NOLF 1 and 2.

Although I went back and played through NOLF1 a couple years ago (I only got about halfway through when I first got it), and it reminded me how unnecessarily long levels were in older FPSs.

Speaking of Monolith games, SHOGO wasn't too bad.

Yeah, the dialogue was pretty shit, and the entire thing was, of course, typical anime-mecha...but it played pretty damn good. Plus the idea of both in-mech first-person combat, and out-of-mech first-person combat was pretty damn nice.

Very yes.  I've actually been playing AoW2 obsessively for the past few weeks since I snagged it off GoG.
