Go to Preferences on the right and check "Use Axes other than X and Y." Your triggers are going to be "Axis 3 > 0" and "Axis 3 <0". Check "Use POV switches" to map the D-Pad.

Just once I decide to use shitty Brimstone and that is the round I find the Polaroid in. I also had 25 keys. My god Brimstone is so awful for anything besides the knights.

Brimstone got a great nerf with the update, now it takes longer to charge, lasts less, can't charge while shooting the beam (pressing the button again stops the attack) and does half the damage it used to do.
It was also the reason why i created this thread, to stop people from picking that.
We want the Brimstone+Chocolate Milk bug back again

Oh, I also got chocolate milk back there as well. Didn't do much to make the brimstone any better.

DO NOT USE A TELEPORTATION ITEM IN THE CHEST.
Playing as Judas. I got teleported into a secret room. All good, right? Wrong. I could not exit through the doorway in the wall, nor could I break a new one open.
My items were: technology 2, the giant cyclops eye, guardian angel, lvl 2 meatboy, assorted faith increasing crap, 2 full rows of blue hearts (no heart containers for most of the round, fuck yeah devil rooms) Rate of fire and damage were maxed out. Oh, and polaroid ensured that any time I got hit, I had that shield pop up. Isaac went down in only a few seconds.
AND THEN THIS FUCKING HAPPENS.

Cleared chest with samson, if you get cyclops tears and manage to get a high ROF, they rape face, as you can see by the small amount of life I had (I had no soul hearts going in), and the fact I cleared almost every damned room.

Fuck this game.
Fuck it so hard.
I want to 100% it.
Last achievement I need is no damage in Sheol.
Maximum speed, maximum damage, double the maximum fire rate, technology 2 lasers with ghost tears, flying cat thing that spews flies, book of shadows.
Everything goes down in seconds.
But I still got hit by one of those explosive shits that charge at you.
Damn it.

And yes, I took no damage before the game glitched out on me once I killed the boss. No 100% completion for me.
