Power never went out where I live, but the federal government and mass transit are closed. Office was still open so I'm at work today. I saw a few downed trees, some street signs and parking meters that got ripped out of the sidewalk, and a busted streetlight on the way to work, but nothing too exciting.

Power never went out.  Did not rain either.  Just a bit chilly with slight gusts.  Milwaukee WI was in the Hurricanes path, right?  Or am I just purposely bad at Geography?

Wow, those people in the first pic were lucky. Or at least, much less unlucky than they could have been.

I've been in denial of how not bad it has been where I am so I could stay home from work today.

Added some more pictures a few posts back. I have a full gallery if anyone wants. PM me if you'd like to see, I don't want to post it publicly since it's my Facebook account.
